Design Brief
The developer approached us after purchasing a vacant piece of land with approved planning.
After visiting the site and reviewing the drawings we bought in our architects and redesigned the existing proposal to maximise the potential of the plot. The new design would allow for an impressive, contemporary, elevated build achieving the highest property value on completion.
We managed the process to secure planning approval for the revised drawings and project managed the entire build through to completion.
Works Completed:
- Full design, project management and construction of luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached family home
- Hand crafted bespoke walk in wardrobe and hidden under stair storage
- Installation of air source heat pump and underfloor heating
- High end finishes throughout
- Microcement feature walls and kitchen island
- Fully landscaped expansive outdoor space including artificial lawn, patio and curved driveway
Design Details
- Exterior finished in black composite cladding with canopy
- Use of bespoke black aluminium glazing, with floor to ceiling glass panels at front of property creating a light and airy flow throughout the property

What did we love about the job?
This project was exciting from start to finish. From the initial design consultation the goal was to create a family home with an added wow factor, finished to the highest specification, practical in layout but beautiful in aesthetic. I think we delivered just that.
