Design Brief
The client came to us after securing planning to demolish the existing property and build a contemporary new build bungalow. With architectural details, the design brief was to create a beautiful and spacious family home that was practical in layout and still in keeping with the other properties on the street.

- Off centre pitched roof allowing for high ceilings, enhanced with skylights flooding the space with natural light
- Bespoke glazing throughout to add focal points of interest
- Canopy overhang to create sheltered patio as extension to indoor living space
- Sleek and modern kitchen design to create seamless flow through open plan living space
