Design and Planning
If you are just starting your design process, we can work hand in hand with you and our recommended architects and leading professionals, to deliver innovative but practical architectural designs from concept to granting of planning permission.
Alternatively, if you have already completed your drawings we can work with your chosen architect or with you directly through the tender process.

We offer free no obligation quotations.
During the tender process one of our directors will meet with you to discuss all details of your design.
Preparation is key
Before any project commences, you will be assigned and introduced to your dedicated project manager who will manage your project from start to finish.
You will be provided with a schedule of works which will be continually reviewed throughout the build. Whilst building works can cause a disruption to your day to day routine, we want to make it as transparent as possible to minimise the impact to your family life.
Communication and Problem Solving
We pride ourselves on being problem solvers, finding timely and efficient solutions to any issues that arise whilst always keeping you up to date.
Your project manager will communicate throughout the build and be available to answer queries, discuss design details and progress.
