Bright, modern extension to enhance busy family home. Creating generous open plan kitchen diner leading to raised patio to create smooth flow through the house leading into the garden.

- Knock down full rear of downstairs, adding structural alternations to maximise opening into extension
- Dual pitched extension with bespoke glazing, sliding patio doors and skylights
- Rebuilt large garage to side of property

What did we love about the job?
The client trusted our vision when we revised the initial drawings and suggested maximizing the space with a pitch roof and bespoke glass detail vs flat roof structure. The finished product was a beautiful family home, functional in design but with an added wow factor.
