Design Brief

The client approached us prior to completion to validate the investment potential of transforming a 3 bed home into a luxury HNO. We advised on the maximum number of bedrooms that could be created without sacrificing quality to ensure the best rentals would be achieved.

We worked with our architects to maximise the property opportunity under permitted development to avoid a full planning process and were able to create a spacious 6 bedroom, 2 bathroom HMO with large communal area.

Works Completed:

  • Extend existing property, full renovation and reconfiguration of existing floor plan to convert property into luxury multi occupancy accommodation delivered to a high specification
  • Full house rewiring and plumbing to support change of use
  • Landscaped garden with large patio area and artificial grass

Design Details

  • Sleek, practical and quality fixture and fittings selected throughout to stand up against wear and tear
  • Bathrooms fitted with aqua panelling for reduced maintenance

What did we love about the job?

The client was very clear from the beginning that they wanted to create a quality multi occupancy home that was a spacious, inviting space that would attract tenants and secure their investment, and that is exactly what we created. After completion they instructed Missiato Estates to manage the property, and we have since completed 3 further HMO developments for them.
