Design Brief
Maximise return on investment for developer, converting existing property consisting of ground floor commercial unit and residential flat into high end multi-occupancy accommodation.
Full renovation to create 7 bedrooms, 6 with ensuites bathrooms, large communal living area, finished to high specification throughout offering cosy seating area, fully equipped kitchen and dining space.

- Full property renovation and reconfiguration of existing floor plan with structural alterations
- New insulation installed to support thermal upgrade

- Full house rewiring and plumbing to support change of use
- Whole property was replastered and decorated with updated flooring throughout

What did we love about the job?
We have been fortunate to work on many HMO developments across Bristol, what made this project unique was the change of use conversion from commercial to multi-occupancy. The works were focused on an internal reconfiguration as the property had already been extended which allowed for a quick turnaround. The property was successfully let within 14 days of marketing by Missiato Estates.
