The project was a back to brick renovation, adding additional space and a reconfigured floor plan to create a premium multi-occupancy accommodation for young professionals.
With 8 ensuite bedrooms, inviting communal space, terrace and carefully landscaped garden.

  • Installation of PV solar panels
  • Thermal and acoustic upgrades to secure EPC B Rating
