The project involved the complete renovation and modernisation of an Edwardian home, blending its period charm with contemporary design and functionality.
The works centred around the addition of a single storey extension and loft conversion creating a spacious and inviting split level, open plan home.

- Full back to brick house renovation, reconfiguration of split floor level from 6 to 4 floors
- Structural alterations to open back of house to lead into new single storey extension
- Loft conversion
- Erecting of new single storey flat roof extension
- Electrical and plumbing alterations throughout
- Installation of new contemporary kitchen
- Full renovation throughout including decoration and flooring
Design Details
- Installation of oriel window seat
- Bespoke joinery throughout including; dressing room, alcoves storage and built in wardrobes
- Restore and preserve the existing fireplaces
- Underfloor heating throughout entire property
